The house is about 12 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 min from Downtown. The house is very clean and the landscape is also very well taken care of. “Beautiful and clean lake house for our stay near Cooperstown. Kids enjoyed the fishing and we loved eating meals on the back porch. The drive to All Star Village was a little far, but we knew that going into it. It was a cozy place to come back to after long days at the ballpark and we were able to cook meals there, the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to beautiful downtown Cooperstown and the owner was very responsive and helpful!”

“Our 7 night stay at the cabin was the highlight for my family during our Cooperstown trip. It’s 30 minutes from All Star Village and the drive was easy and enjoyable. The kids thoroughly enjoyed hours and hours of fishing and canoeing on the pond, which is surrounded by gorgeous trees and just a few feet away from the cabin. The folder was a wealth of information on the surrounding area with directions to points of interest! It was a quiet, comfortable place to regroup between games!”

“My son's baseball team was playing at Dreamspark and a few parents shared this house. It was very serene and about 10-15 minutes from everything we needed. The house was extremely well stocked and we had plenty of room. It was the perfect set-up for our group! Jean and Brian were very quick to respond, when we had a few questions. I'm very glad we were able to book their house for the week!”
